Hitek Electronics provides a 90 day warranty on all service provided.

Off-Warranty Service: For all products (except TV's 32" or above), there is a diagnostic fee of $27.50. The diagnostic fee for TV's 32" and above is $55.00.
This fee goes towards the final bill if the unit is economical to repair.

Home Service Calls: before service is provided in the home, all LCD and plasma TV's must be removed from wall mount prior to the technician's arrival.
